Once you have contacted us and we have gone through the terms and conditions, we can get started: You send us a copy of the unpaid invoice or upload the order online and we will get to work immediately.<\/p>\n

In order to reach the customer, we will first send them a written reminder, both by post and by email. We then contact the customer by telephone. As soon as the customer has transferred the amount to us, we will contact you and immediately transfer the invoice amount to your account. Our \u2018\u2019Client zone\u2018\u2019 section allows you to view the cases you have submitted and find out, for example, what stage of processing a specific case is currently at.
